Diversion Valves

The product is normally installed as an accessory to divert the concrete flow in lines with operating pressures up to 150. The movement of the blade and the inlet pipes nozzle is managed by two hydraulic cylinders operated by a manual pump. On request, the supply can be completed with a power unit or a manual monoblock valve. The DVV 2HT-V diversion valve allows to divert the concrete flow to two different directions.

It is operated by two hydraulic cylinders and an hand pump. The diversion valves type DVV / 2HT-V can withstand a maximum working pressure of 150 bar. Easily installed, a system of internal seals prevents the leakage of the pumped material, ensuring performance and cleanliness of the surrounding area. Entirely removable, it allows operators easy maintenance. The maintenance kits allow the replacement of worn parts with low maintenance times. This model makes it possible to block the flow of concrete in environments where the working pressure is medium-high.
